You get the best single discount you qualify for — the rungs don't add together.
Ordering earlier than a rung asks for still counts. If you order two days ahead, you've comfortably beaten a twelve-hour rung, so you get that discount too.
The exact saving is worked out at checkout, once you've chosen collection or delivery and the day you want it.
